The provider will be monitored and managed closely against service aims, description and KPI's outlined in the specification. The outcomes must ensure comprehensive access to activities in park and open spaces, led by qualified and experienced instructors. The service is a town based approach and must be needs/insight led. The service will require utilisation of local assets (open spaces and any installed resources). Providers will need to supply any further equipment of resources needed for the successful delivery of the contract. The Contract Period will commence from 1st August 2017 to 31st March 2018 The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit [in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc) to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
