WDC operates the "ActiveH" housing system (supplied by MIS-AMS Ltd) which provides the housing register (or "waiting list"), tenancy management, rent accounting, response repairs, planned maintenance and so on. WDC ICT Services have written a number of additional programs and a website which integrates with ActiveH to implement the WDC housing allocations policy, advertise properties to let and manage the bidding from people on the housing register. WDC is looking for a third party supplier to take over day to day support of the HomeChoice software from the internal ICT team as well as write future planned enhancements.
