The restoration requirements will include repairs to masonry, render, roof, windows, gutters, wooden floors, timber panelling, internal doors, ironmongery, new electrics and new heating. The new-build extension work includes foundations, structure, doors and glazing, stone cladding, mechanical and electrical works, internal walls, toilets, electrics and heating. The PQQ is required to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 on Friday 24th March 2017.
