Preparation of tax estimates and disclosures for inclusion in the financial statements of all Group companies. Provision of retained advice for a fixed fee covering: (i) Ad hoc queries of all tax areas, (ii) Quarterly tax update meetings attended by specialist advisors covering all main taxes where tax strategy current issues, emerging opportunities and any risks are considered, (iii) Monthly VAT surgery visit - attending Home Group's Head Office on a monthly basis to review current VAT issues and queries, (iv) Technical briefings and alerts with attendance at tax update seminars. Provision of more detailed advice based on agreed hourly rates with fee estimates or a fixed fee agreed up front.
