The equipment is broken down into the following four (4) Lots: - Lot 1 - Cardiovascular (with and without integrated TV options to be outlined) and inclusive of IFI accredited items Fixed resistance, including plate loaded equipment - Lot 2 - Free weights and strength and conditioning equipment - Lot 3 - Functional Training provision - Lot 4 - Studio Bikes Whilst a list of equipment has been provided for each Lot, the University welcomes other recommendations and unique equipment or ideas to enable us to develop a distinctive facility.
