Up to 1000 users would have access to this initially and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust may wish to have access to this contract at a later date, which may mean an additional 300 users bringing the possible total up to 1300 approx. Key requirements would require: The ability of users to make a covert call at a time of danger. The ability of users to make an open call at a time of danger. Users to have access to an emergency call centre that is manned 24/7. All users to be tracked and for calls to be digitally recorded. Local traffic and weather notifications to be available to users.
