As part of the Government's National Strategy on Estate Regeneration, CBH has recently secured funding to explore the regeneration of the West Cheltenham Estate. A project team is required to work with the Development Manager from CBH to deliver a multi-disciplinary response to masterplanning the area. The masterplanning exercise is to consider the phasing of regeneration activities as part of the feasibility work including, timings and decants, sensitivities of local communities and the legal implications of acquiring relevant leaseholder interests. CBH will be using the Homes and Communities Agency's Multi-Disciplinary Technical Panel to fulfill this requirement. In accordance with the procedures for this panel, an initial Sifting Brief will be used to shortlist 4 or 5 suppliers who will then receive the full tender documentation. ## CPV classification Urban planning and landscape architectural services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/594bac22-2393-4ac8-8f46-0c188408f8e8) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
