Unfortunately, there will be occasions where it is untenable for the young person to do this and resultantly they become at risk of becoming homeless. The aim of the service described within this specification, is to reduce the number of young people aged 16 -21 becoming homeless in Wirral, and to help young people that are already homeless, access appropriate accommodation and services.
