The supplier is required to provide all the required software, hardware, connectivity, configuration and support (including training) that meet the requirements outlined by the Council. The supplier will deliver a flexible service, with emphasis on scalability to meet the Councils future IT requirements and service provision. The supplier shall be responsible for delivering the following elements: • Wide Area Network • Internet Connectivity; • Microsoft Express Route; • Supporting Service Management Additional information: Awarded through a Further Competition of the RM1045 Framework (Lot 1 - Network Services). This framework is managed by Crown Commercial Services (CCS). The length of the call off is for five years with the option to extend the contract for a further two years.
