Our aim is to shift from a series of ad-hoc, internally-hosted datasets to a unified cloud solution. Our strong preference is for the solution to be based on a pre-existing and demonstrably functional solution, which would require minimal configuration and/or development in order to meet the functional requirements described in Section 5 of the Invitation to Tender document.
