English Heritage intends to appoint a main contractor under a Traditional Contract with the Architect as Contract Administrator and Lead consultant. The appointment process is in two stages: the shortlisting of tenderers via the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), followed by the Invitation to Tender. This is the first stage.
