The successful Contractor will be required to provide the specified number of operatives to deliver these works, as well as a suitable vehicle, tools, PPE etc to deliver the full range of activities detailed herein. It's anticipated that the day-to-day activity of the operatives will be co-ordinated by ADC's Estate Team Leader Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
