In recent years the floral displays in Norwich have gained local, regional and national recognition in various horticultural competitions. In order to continue this initiative for the Summer/Autumn periods of 2017 and hopefully beyond, the authority has a requirement to contract with an experienced supplier who can grow on, plant up and maintain sited floral containers. The contract will initially be for one year with an option to extend for two additional years to Autumn 2019 (the extension is will be made on an annual basis dependent on availability of funding / budget).
