Location: 1-5 Bell Street, Wolverhampton WV1 3PR. ### THE WORKS - The removal of asbestos from all buildings within the site; - The subsequent demolition of the existing buildings and all associated outbuildings, structures and features including basements, tunnels, foundations, bases sumps and floor slabs; - Reinstatement works. All excavations to be backfilled and fully consolidated with finely crushed hardcore or stone to the approval of the Contract Administrator to a level of 250 mm below adjoining land. On completion, the site shall be left clear, level and capped with 100mm of finely crushed hardcore and tarmacadam surfacing as specified.
