The contractor will be permitted to close the number of spaces specified in the Specification. Tenderers are required to price two options: Option 1 and Option 2. The additional work associated with Option 2 is clearly differentiated within the Specification. Tenderers should note that Authority's decision to award on the basis of Option 1 or Option 2 has a dependency on additional funding linked to Legal and General's wider imminent decision to invest in the refurbishment of the Dolphin Shopping Centre.
