The current play area is c15 years old and has reached the end of its useful life and is overly expensive to maintain both in terms of manpower and cost. This contract comprises of the following specific elements: • Build (Ground works, infrastructure); • Installation (installation of play equipment assets); The commencement of this contract is subject to approval of Section 38 Commons Act 2006. Additional information: Applicants will be required to apply via "Supply Southampton" website which can be accessed via, [supplysouthampton.esourcingportal.com](https://supplysouthampton.esourcingportal.com/) where you can register your details and access documentation. All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
