Location 1 and 3 includes plane and inlay work on circulatory carriagway on two roundabouts. The type of work in general, comprises plane off existing carriageway and Inlay with new asphalt materials. Carriageway treatment width is between white line to white line. Hard Strip on both sides of the carriageway will be planned and resurfaced with 50mm HRA. The treatment on A63 Selby Bypass includes Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI) to be placed on top of the Base Layer before laying the new asphalt layers on top of it.
