This support is needed at a critical phase of the programme and is envisaged to last for a period of 6 months from end of September 2017 to end of March 2018. This work has an expected value of £160,000 inclusive of VAT. Support is envisaged from an organisation possessing both accountancy experience and detailed knowledge of the workings of these services within the overall NHS context.
