The Refurbishment works at Mandela House and Cowley road are about to begin and it is anticipated that offices be re-occupied by December 2017. The City Council is seeking furniture and office layout design expertise for the offices at Mandela House and 130 Cowley Road which will provide well laid out desk spaces and provide environments that encourage new ways of working in a modern working environment. The design should support the Council to achieve its aims to encourage mobile working, flexible meeting spaces, quiet and communal spaces alongside more traditional office layouts which maximise the use of floor space available.
