These will usually include diverse range of tasks including internal deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, kitchen appliance cleaning, removal of household rubbish, cleaning of clinical hazards etc. This often involves where properties have deteriorated into quite often a no longer habitable environment and would therefore need thorough deep cleaning, plus large amounts of waste removal. Also a high level of co-ordination with Social Care Teams is required to be undertaken by the Contractors in the course of service delivery. Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to procurement for the provision of Specialist Cleaning This procurement is an Open (one stage process).
