The aim of the service is to provide a dispute resolution service, mediation adviser and mediation service to enable Knowsley Local Authority and the Clinical Commissioning Group to fulfil its statutory duties under the Children & Families Act 2014. Suppliers are advised to clarify any points of doubt or difficulty relating to the documentation before submitting their response.
