The site sits adjacent to Convocation Avenue, the main entrance to the University and in close proximity to both Green Belt and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The site is a greenfield site with some landscaped made ground from previous university projects. A design team has been appointed to RIBA Stage 3 and will be novated to the main contractor (not enabling works) from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
