This work will include a critical review and refresh of the current Transport Investment Pipeline including a high level options appraisal of the infrastructure required to support the Council's regeneration proposals. The Consultant is also required to identify alternative and additional options/schemes which the Council may wish to consider that would support growth and development opportunities within the Borough.
