This will include assessments of individual employee's needs, sometimes in conjunction with Occupational Health, and detailed recommendations of action needed including cost. It will also include working closely with the Facilities, IT, HR and Occupational Health to review requirements and on occasion supply and install recommended equipment, once approved by the FCA.
