It is intended for the Tenderer to cost the entire specification which included both ground and first floor construction and refurbishment. Subject to client budgetary constraints, Tenderers are advised to look at the provision of separating the costs of the (Main Ground floor refurbishment) As priority and (First floor construction) as two separate parts.
