The mortared wall below road level will be raked out, repointed and pressure grouted. Gabion walls will be constructed in front of the existing repointed walls which will act as a buttress. The gabion baskets will be up to carriageway level. New 450mm wide, 1200mm high masonry faced parapet wall with concrete infill built along the same alignment.
