The Contract will be for a 3 year period with an option to extend for a further 1 year. Works will consist of, but are not restricted to: Repairs/Alterations/Renovation/Demolition ### Excavation and Filling Brickwork and Blockwork Cleaning ### Drainage ### Electrical Flagging/Block Paviors/Concrete ### Glazing Carpentry/Joinery ### Metalwork Painting/Decorating Plumbing ### Roofing ### Vinyl Covering Plaster/Render and Tiling Landscaping Maintenance Additional information: This is a competitive procedure with negotiation tender process and any interested party may submit an expression of interest.The Contracting authority expressively reserves the right not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this contract. In no circumstances will the contracting authority be liable for any costs incurred by the candidate and any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of potential suppliers.The Council is using the e-business portal known as The Chest - [the-chest.org.uk](https://www.the-chest.org.uk) to conduct the procurement exercise.
