The people identified for the scheme are likely to have learning disabilities, although for some people their difficulty with communication makes this unclear. The scheme offers a bespoke environment for individuals who would otherwise be likely to require out of County services, with Surrey County Council as Landlord. The service will be person-centred, and as such, the provider will work with each individual to understand their needs and strengths, preferences and aspirations, and work with them and the important people in their life to develop immediate and long-term plans.
