In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Yorkshire Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Yorkshire Housing schemes included within this framework. The framework will comprise of two regional lots and Yorkshire Housing are looking to appoint 3 suppliers to each lot.The individual lots will be awarded in full to the top ranked suppliers with the remaining two suppliers on each lot operating in a backup capacity should Yorkshire Housing wish to employ their services during the lifetime of the framework.
