To support this the service provider is required to conduct a mapping exercise and gap analysis looking at HS2 asset demand together with the UK capability and capacity available to meet this demand. This analysis should be sufficiently detailed to enable HS2 to fully understand its potential UK supply chain and support any future funding/financing decisions.
