Submissions were sought for High Court Enforcement Officers to work under the Authority of a Writ of Control following Leicester City Council having obtained judgment or tribunal awards from the County Court. High Court Enforcement Officers will recover the judgment debt, court costs, interest and costs of court transfer on our behalf. The Authority will retrospectively pay any fixed court fee or compliance fees associated with the writ of control.
