The Service will be a single integrated specialist substance misuse service, providing specialist drug and alcohol services for adults and young people, including specialist services for adults and young people within the criminal justice system. The service will include: alcohol and drug structured treatment and interventions for both adults and young people; required criminal justice provision; advice for other professionals; recovery support; and provision of Needle Exchange and pharmacy-based supervised consumption. These last elements may be subcontracted by the provider.
