This work is currently rolling out across Cambridgeshire. It is suggested work commences as soon as possible to enable lessons to be learnt and if necessary operational changes to be made during implementation with the final full report to be submitted in May 2018 ahead of submission to the Home Office. The evaluation will contribute to the evidence base on policing and associated social issues, informing and shaping the implementation of this work as well as new policies, strategies and practices in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Cambridgeshire Constabulary. More widely, the report is required to be submitted to the Home Office and may also inform similar approaches being taken in other police force areas.
