These include employers such as hospitals, mental health, ambulance and community trusts and clinical commissioning groups, in partnership with NHS England, NHS Employers and Public Health England. NHS England is also focussed upon its own internal staff health and wellbeing which is aligned totally to the external programme, offer and steer towards improving health of 5,200 employees. The programme offers a range of support to individual staff - some of which are universal whilst others are targeted to those who might need specific support. Included in the programme is the need for: o Increasing opportunities for employees to access the 'flu vaccination', to reduce the incidence and spread of preventable communicable diseases.
