This is likely to be fairly low risk services (including, but not limited to) such as; pavement surveys, drainage surveys and materials testing. In order to establish an innovative and dynamic approach to procuring technical surveys and testing, new suppliers are invited to pre-register with Highways England, by requesting a Supplier Registration Questionnaire (at the named contact point within this notice ) to be completed and returned. Only upon successful registration, will suppliers will be invited for future opportunities.
