The successful service provider will employ officers and the necessary infrastructure in order to provide enforcement services within Wolverhampton. Tackling environmental crime is a priority in the region and the primary focus of the initiative will be to encourage behaviour change through robust but fair enforcement. Wolverhampton has a population of approximately 253,000.
