The existing lens is to be left in its current position, permanently shrouded, with the new optics positioned on the internal cast-iron walkway, in front of the old lens. More specifically, the main items of work listed below: - Carry out asbestos survey of all NLB-owned property - Replace existing welfare facilities with new - Redecorate internally as per bill items - Establish temporary navigation optic (NLB technicians) - Decommission existing optic system (NLB technicians) - Install new batteries and charger - Install new domestic equipment (lighting, heating, fire detection etc) - Install new optic system - Commission all electrical installations Site visits will be conducted on Thursday 11 May 2017 for this project.
