It will include cleaning staff buildings, visitor information centre and public toilets. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials necessary to clean facilities, which must be "green"/eco-friendly. Some facilities will need cleaning during weekdays and others during weekends and bank holidays, with the requirement for event cleaning and short notice additional cleaning.
