Bids are invited from providers with an excellent track record of providing this service in the HE Sector. Lancaster University requires an effective and modern Employee Assistance Programme \[EAP\] Service both within the UK and for University staff working overseas. The EAP service will be made available to 3100 staff on a contract of employment \[full and part time\]. Use of the service will not be mandatory and Lancaster University does not guarantee volumes.
