Ultimately the SME may need to make new contacts with support from the consultant. Services will involve contacting and arranging visits to SMEs, on a one to one basis, to discuss their needs which will have already been identified by an iNet Advisor during a previous meeting. These needs will be specified in a Supply Chain Specification agreed with the Advisor and the SME. Based on this, the consultant will need to draw up a programme of support for the duration of up to 3 days (at least 6 hours per day) over an agreed timescale which the iNet will review and agree.
