This will include commentary on the implications for floorspace requirements in the District. The study will not be a traditional employment land study, but will take a narrower scope within the context of the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy and will provide an assessment of the case for further non-strategic employment land allocations which will include an update on the property market supply and demand conditions of the main employment uses in Daventry District and the implications for floor-space requirements, including the requirements of specific sectors, use classes and types of employment.
