The proposal is for 168 gas operated cycle storage racks along with Male and Female changing areas with showers,lockers, a disabled toilet and cleaners cupboard. The structure of the building is blockwork with render finish and a galvanised steel mesh finish. The University would like the contractor to explore economical methods to achieving the mesh finish to the front elevation but still achieving 30-40years life cycle costs This is an open Non EU procurement procedure.
