HC21 consists of 460 courts and is up grading the analogue warden call system to a digitalised system. This initiative will take approximate five years and during the transition from analogue to digital there is a need for maintenance services to be provided for the existing analogue service (the new digitalised service may also be included in this tender). The approx annualised spend is approximate £500k, and contract term will be one to five years. Please note that the quantity of analogue products will reduce as the transition to digital increases.
