To assist the development of a technical solution and business case for this requirement, ENC & BCW are conducting a market engagement exercise. Details of the overall requirement appear in the attached market engagement document. Interested parties are invited to submit their response to these outline requirements by completing the document as indicated and returning it to Alison Curtis by no later than 5pm Friday 25th August 2017. Please note, the original deadline for responses period has been extended by a week. The deadline for questions about this exercise is 5pm Friday 18th August 2017. This is a market engagement exercise and not a tender for services.
