The services required was broken down in to a number of modules which will relate to all mechanical, electrical and building fabric elements, which will be delivered under this one single contract. This framework arrangement will be a call off contract. The tender process to establish this framework was an Open Tender route, involving a one stage evaluation process where the Pre-Qualification element will be wrapped up within the ITT stage. The Council intends to use this arrangement for all of its non-school premises. It then intends to offer this arrangement to schools and academies within the district and other public sector bodies across the South West. ## CPV classification Repair and maintenance services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/1d018242-fea8-40d0-aae2-885e10adccd3) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
