This is a replacement of an Embassy pool car (procured in 2012) to a new one after 5 years of the vehicle's amortisation. The previous car was used during regional and in-country travels. Roads in country are of poor quality and most of regional travel go through the roads in mountains, quality of petrol is also not the highest one.
