This is anticipated to generate between 2500 and 5000 tonnes of garden waste which will require composing to PAS 100 standards or equivalent. The Service required under the Contract will require the Contractor to provide a waste reception point within the District Council's administrative boundaries to which the District Council can deliver their separately collected garden waste.
