With its Regency heritage and many attractive features to exploit, the Council wishes to improve town centre sites and streets to support the Cheltenham's economy and communities in a 21st century setting. In particular, the Promenade and Royal Well area offers the potential to create a truly imposing and welcoming vista to Cheltenham making it an enjoyable public space for all.
