The Provider will be responsible for the provision of an Independent Visiting Service in accordance with the guidance set out in Children Act 1989 Guidance and Regulations Volume 2: Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (2010). The Independent Visitor's functions are to visit, advise and befriend the child. We expect potential contractors to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. We advise all interested contractors to read the entire ITT and all documents referenced or linked to within the ITT carefully, to inform themselves about the opportunity and whether they would be interested in submitting a response. Deadline for submitting a tender response: 24th April 2017 at 10am.
