The new length of track will tie in with the existing access road as detailed and a new footway to the western edge of the existing access road will be constructed. The Contractor is to include for all necessary works including excavation, disposal of excavated material, hardstandings, drainage, traffic signage, lighting, liaison with local and statutory authorities and all other associated works. All Ground risk to be borne by Contractor. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
